Lechon, or roast pig, was delicious. The best part is the crunchy skin but the moist meat is also tasty.

Mixing the beer, rum and Coke concoction and drinking it Filipino style—one glass, one shot per person, passed around.

The 16 day old balut (fertilized duck) I ate. If it weren't for the dark and being a little drunk, I don't know if I would have eaten it.
