Rained out

Not much to do when it rains but to catch up on things

It was overcast and rained all day. Two divers signed up for diving but later cancelled. There’s not much to do here when it rains but to just hang out and drink mango juice. Late morning to mid afternoon, I hung out with Patrick, Ramona, and Jana on the front porch of Genesis chatting, journaling, and editing photos. Ramona and Jana were scheduled to leave at 2:30 pm so I wanted to hang with them before they left. Even though I could barely communicate with them because I don’t speak German, it was still sad to see them go because they were around so much the last few days.

After they left, Patrick and I decided to hang out at Hayahay with our laptops to update things and go online. We did this for several hours and I got a lot done. I’m trying out a new blogging software authoring tool called MarsEdit which looks really promising. Hopefully blogging with it will be more transparent.

Dinnertime I ate at Oops Bar with Patrick. I had the sweet and sour chicken which was good except the chicken was a little dry. Afterwards I had a round of happy hour rum and grapefruit juice (quite good, less sugary) and played dice games with the bartenders and the supervisor - Bob.
